Refund policy

1️⃣ Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the item to monarajewels.co.za@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it.

Once we confirm it’s damaged, we will refund or replace the item at no cost to you.

2️⃣ Change of Mind / Non-Damaged Items

If you simply change your mind and want a refund, you may return the item at your own shipping cost within 7 days of receiving the item.

Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will refund your money to your original payment method.

3️⃣ Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

4️⃣ How to Return

We will provide instructions for returning your item.
